At Hive Freelancir, we value transparency and fairness for everyone — job posters (employers) and task performers (workers). Our system is built to support all parties in a safe and reliable environment.
🛡️ Job Posting & Payment Protection
When an employer posts a job, the job details are confirmed and the payment is securely reserved within the system.
Once a worker submits the completed task with valid proof, the employer reviews it. If approved, payment is released to the worker. For tasks that are not completed as required, payment may remain on hold until resolved.
⚠️ Job Review & Cancellation Policy
Jobs that contain errors or do not meet platform standards may be reviewed by the admin, and any unused balance will be returned to the employer.
If a job is closed after work has started and some tasks are already completed, only the remaining unused balance will be returned. Payments released for completed tasks are considered final.
💸 Withdrawal System & Responsibility
Users may request withdrawals once their balance reaches the minimum threshold. Before submitting, ensure all personal and payment details are accurate and verified.
Withdrawal requests with incorrect or mismatched account details may be returned to your wallet. You can update your information and resubmit.
⚠️ Important: Withdrawals submitted with incorrect account information (wrong mobile number or bank account) cannot be modified after processing. Hive Freelancir encourages users to double-check details before submitting.
For bank withdrawals, ensure your account name matches your profile information to avoid delays.

All services and jobs on Hive Freelancir are digital. Refunds are generally not provided, except in cases covered by the exceptions mentioned above.
