At Hive Freelancir, we prioritize transparency and fairness for everyone — job posters (employees) and task performers (workers). Our system is designed to protect all parties in a secure, trusted environment.
🛡️ Job Posting & Payment Protection
When an employee posts a job, they verify and approve the job details before the job amount is securely held in escrow.
Once a worker submits the completed task with valid proof, the employee reviews it. If approved, payment is released to the worker. For incomplete or invalid tasks, payment is withheld.
❌ Rejection & Cancellation
Jobs that contain errors or violate platform rules may be rejected by admin, resulting in a refund of unused funds to the employee.
If a job is canceled after starting and some work is done, only the unused balance will be refunded. Payments for verified completed work are final and non-refundable.
💸 Withdrawal System & Responsibility
Users may request withdrawals once their balance reaches the minimum threshold. Before submitting, ensure all personal and payment details are accurate and verified.
Withdrawal requests with invalid or mismatched account details will be rejected, and funds returned to your wallet. You may update your information and resubmit.
⚠️ Important: Withdrawals processed with incorrect account details (wrong mobile number or bank account) are irreversible. Hive Freelancir bears no responsibility and no refunds will be given.
🧾 For bank withdrawals, ensure your account name matches your profile information to avoid rejection.
✅ Double-check withdrawal methods and details before submitting. Withdrawals are final once processed.
🔁 No Refunds on Digital Services
All services and jobs on Hive Freelancir are digital. Refunds or returns are not available unless covered by the exceptions outlined above.
This ensures fair rewards for completed efforts and protection for both employees and workers.
