Finding Jobs
- In Finding Jobs, workers can choose tasks they like and skip those that are too difficult or unsuitable. You must submit proper proof of your work; otherwise, the buyer may mark it as unsatisfactory.
- If the buyer does not confirm your completed work within 24 hours by marking it as "Satisfy," you can submit a report within the same 24-hour period. All work is reviewed within 6 days, and if no review occurs, you will be paid automatically.
Posting Jobs
- Job posters can customize their listings by selecting specific countries, categories, and types of workers that best match their task requirements. A 5% service fee is applied to each posted job.
- Submitted work is reviewed and rated within a maximum of 6 days. If the job poster does not provide a rating within this period, the system will automatically approve the submissions and release payments to the workers.
- Job posters are encouraged to review submissions carefully and report any incorrect or irrelevant work. Hive Freelancer maintains quality standards and may take necessary action if submissions do not meet the job requirements.
- Giving tips or bonuses is entirely optional and left to the job poster’s discretion. It is not required by the platform.
Job Approval Rules
- All jobs should comply with Hive Freelancer’s official guidelines and community standards.
- Jobs must be posted under the correct category and subcategory to ensure proper visibility and smooth approval.
- Jobs that violate platform policies, compromise user privacy, or contain inappropriate content may not be approved.
Revising Jobs
- If the buyer requests changes, workers can revise and resubmit their work. Revisions should be completed within 24 hours; otherwise, the task may be reassigned to another worker.
- If any concerns arise during revisions, please report them. Hive Freelancer support will review the case and provide assistance if necessary.
Increasing Job Capacity
- If a job is performing well or requires more workers, job posters can increase its capacity by allowing additional participants — even if the job is currently active or was previously completed.
- This feature allows you to reopen or extend the job by adding more slots, making it available to new workers without creating a completely new job post.
- To avoid confusion, workers will always see the most up-to-date status of the job — whether it has been newly increased, reopened, or is still in progress. Job posters are encouraged to clearly communicate any updates in the job instructions or title.
- Increasing job capacity is particularly useful when demand is high or when you want to scale your task quickly. Just ensure that expectations and deadlines remain clear for everyone involved.
Boosting Jobs
- Boosting a job highlights it by moving it to the top of the job list, making it more visible to active workers. Each boost remains active for 10 minutes, increasing your chances of faster responses.
- Boosts are manually controlled and can be purchased and activated at any time directly from your account. Simply choose the job you want to boost and activate it whenever needed — day or night.
- There’s no limit to how often you can boost. Whether you’re posting multiple jobs or want to give a specific job more visibility, you’re in full control. Boosts can be reactivated as often as you like to keep your job at the top.
- This flexible feature ensures your job stands out exactly when you want it to, helping you reach more workers and achieve faster results.
Deleting Jobs
- Job posters have the option to delete their jobs at any time. However, before a job can be removed, all submitted work must be reviewed and rated to ensure that no user’s effort goes unnoticed or unrewarded.
- If there are still submissions pending a rating, the deletion process will be paused. This helps maintain fairness and transparency for all users involved.
- In cases where a job needs to be closed but some tasks remain unrated, the system will prompt you to review those tasks. If you are unable to proceed, you will have the option to request support assistance.
- After reviewing all factors, you will be asked to confirm your intention to remove or close the job. If needed, you can also reach out to our support team for further guidance.
